1. Introduction

Welcome to The BPO Blueprint and BPO Accelerator ("Platform," "Site," "Course," "Services"), operated by SourceOasis LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing access, accessing our LMS, or using our website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Services.

2. Services & Training Materials Provided

The BPO Blueprint provides video training modules, operational SOPs, frameworks, software tools, automation features, and digital educational resources for business process outsourcing workflows. Our materials are provided for educational and operational guidance only and do not guarantee financial results, income figures, or business success.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase and use our Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees, Billing & Strict No-Refund Policy

4.1 Once-Off Payments

The BPO Blueprint is a once-off lifetime access purchase (or as stated at checkout). You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

4.2 Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and proprietary intellectual property contained in the curriculum and course recordings, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where strictly required by South African law.

5. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding revenue, profit, or specific business outcomes from completing The BPO Blueprint. All figures, case studies, and testimonials shown are illustrative examples of individual effort and do not represent average or guaranteed earnings.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, share, redistribute, screen record, or publicly post any course recordings or software tools.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary software scripts and mechanisms.
  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Interfere with platform security or access without authorization.

⚠️ 7. Intellectual Property, Course Materials & Strict Prohibition of Unauthorized Distribution

7.1 Exclusive Proprietary Ownership

All course recordings, video lessons, audio, written curriculum, frameworks, scripts, software, templates, methodologies, and materials available across The BPO Blueprint and BPO Accelerator are the exclusive intellectual property of SourceOasis LTD.

7.2 Prohibition on Copying, Sharing, Rewording & Reselling

Access to this course is granted solely for your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, individual learning. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing or Broadcasting Recordings: Uploading, sharing, streaming, or distributing any part of the course recordings, videos, or module lessons publicly or privately on YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, Mega, Google Drive, torrent sites, or any other platform.
  • Creating Derivative Works or Reworded Courses: Copying, summarizing, transcribing, or rewording the course curriculum, strategies, or proprietary knowledge in your own words to create, produce, record videos for, or sell competing courses, masterclasses, mentorships, or educational products.
  • Commercial Resale: Monetizing, sublicensing, packaging, or selling any of the proprietary knowledge, workflow templates, or material learned from this program to third parties without express prior written consent from SourceOasis LTD.
  • Account Sharing: Lending, renting, or sharing your LMS login credentials with any other person.

7.3 Legal Enforcement Under South African Law & Lawsuits

Any unauthorized reproduction, rewording, commercial exploitation, or public sharing of these materials constitutes intentional copyright infringement, intellectual property theft, and material breach of contract under the Copyright Act No. 98 of 1978, the Cybercrimes Act No. 19 of 2020, and the common law of the Republic of South Africa.

SourceOasis LTD actively embeds forensic watermarking and monitors digital platforms. In the event of any unauthorized sharing or commercial derivation:

  1. Your account and LMS access will be immediately and permanently revoked without refund.
  2. SourceOasis LTD will institute civil litigation in the High Court of South Africa seeking maximum statutory damages, full disgorgement of all revenues generated, punitive damages, and immediate court interdicts.
  3. You will be held fully liable for all associated legal fees on an attorney-and-client scale, forensic auditing costs, and consequential commercial damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in copyright infringement. No refunds will be issued upon termination for breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SourceOasis LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for access to The BPO Blueprint.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
